We would like to introduce a case study of the limited-time shop "NEW VINTAGE GOLF Limited Store" located in Adachi Ward, Tokyo. This shop is planned to operate for a limited time, so we created it using a trailer-type container house that balances design and comfort while being relocatable. The ability to accommodate both building and trailer aspects was a key factor, and we collaborated from the planning stage. The container underwent interior construction at a processing facility in advance, and the on-site work took about one week after delivery. To ensure a smooth opening within the limited installation period, we designed the process to minimize on-site construction. This is an introduction to a container hotel installed in the Hon-Hachinohe Station area of Hachinohe City, Aomori Prefecture. Blending into the unique surroundings of a station area mixed with residential neighborhoods and commercial facilities, it features a red and black design. Adhering to trailer installation regulations, the on-site construction took just a month and a half, resulting in a smooth process. Although the construction site is in a cold region, the building containers are designed to provide high soundproofing and insulation through appropriate processing, making them comfortable to live in even in cold climates. Additionally, custom entrance handrails were adopted. This is an example of a container house for substation equipment installed near the sea. Considering salt damage, it has been painted with fluorine paint. Additionally, as a measure against storm surges, the container floor is completely sealed with welding. Fire-resistant materials are used for the fittings. The double floor maintains strength, making it suitable for large equipment. The ease of land transport, which is an advantage of container houses, is also appealing. This is a construction example of an electrical machinery room for a substation installed at a port in Kanagawa Prefecture. The floor was reinforced to withstand the total weight of 3.6 tons of equipment. Since the installation site is near the sea, fluorine paint was used to consider salt damage.
