We would like to introduce a case where "4mm mountain sand" was delivered to the sand play area of S Kindergarten in Shimonoseki City. We received an inquiry stating, "The sand pit uses sea sand, which contains sharp shells and poses a danger for children playing barefoot. Does mountain sand contain shells?" In response, we replaced approximately 4.5m3 of sand with "4mm mountain sand." The children were able to play barefoot on the shell-free mountain sand right away. Additionally, for younger children, we recommend the finer "2mm mountain sand" and the pleasantly textured "1mm mountain sand."
