Regional BWA (Broadband Wireless Access) is being developed as the communication infrastructure for our town. It aims to make everyday life more comfortable and to serve as a lifeline during disasters—this is the "equipment that connects daily life with emergencies." Regional BWA is a dedicated wireless communication network for the area. Signals are transmitted from antennas installed in parks and disaster response centers, allowing internet access via smartphones and tablets. Unlike regular Wi-Fi, it is characterized by its resilience to communication disruptions during disasters. What situations can it be used in? 【Normal times (everyday life)】 Free Wi-Fi in parks and evacuation centers Monitoring water levels with river surveillance cameras Collaboration with elderly monitoring services Information distribution at local events 【Disaster times (preparing for the unexpected)】 Ensuring communication at evacuation centers Receiving and transmitting disaster information Establishing means of contact with family Real-time monitoring of river conditions
