We are still committed to the brewing method known as "ongotsubo rotem jōzōhō," which has been passed down since the Edo period.

Our company is engaged in the manufacturing and sales of various types of vinegar, including black vinegar, umami dashi vinegar, fruit vinegars (such as pomegranate vinegar, polished strawberry vinegar, shine muscat vinegar, grape vinegar, etc.), herb vinegars (such as divine blessing vinegar, tianqi ginseng vinegar, black ginger vinegar, etc.), cacao vinegar, and blended vinegars. Since the Edo period to the present, we have been providing products that contribute to health and beauty, starting with black vinegar, and we are sincerely grateful for this. Now and in the future, we aim to continuously refine our efforts to provide our customers with truly valuable vinegar products that they seek.
