Nakamura Seihaku Co., Ltd. was founded in 1935 and continues to manufacture and sell Kanazawa gold leaf using traditional methods that have not changed over the years. To meet various demands, we operate a consistent system from manufacturing to sales, reproducing gold leaf from different eras, producing in small lots, and proposing gold leaf that is suitable for specific applications based on customer requests. In our daily work, we carefully capture the characteristics of washi paper while making judgments with both our bodies and minds, and we place great importance on meticulously creating the appropriate foil for each type of washi paper.
