We provide technology to solidify common soil and sand like concrete, utilizing it as a soil resource. By collecting and analyzing local soil and sand, we offer total support for the optimal mix, materials, and methods to achieve 100% solidification, leveraging the big data and analytical know-how we have accumulated. Additionally, we propose quality control items to ensure the requested quality is reliably secured and conduct the necessary tests. In addition to the "Caravan System" that enhances on-site mobility, if problems arise at the site, we have a "WEB Conference System" where technical experts respond in real-time, and a "Cloud System" that supports numerical management on-site. This promotes i-Construction (the ICT transformation of construction sites) and strengthens our system to respond promptly to challenges at the right time.

At the construction site, various factors such as topography, geology, climate conditions, and the construction machinery used come into play, necessitating a flexible response at all times. Therefore, we have established a quality control team (Caravan System Team) composed of technical experts to enhance our technical capabilities and responsiveness on-site. Additionally, even in a remote environment, we can provide advanced services anytime and anywhere through our "cloud system," which allows access to our unique big data. Our company takes responsibility for addressing challenges, from the initial testing phase of soil and sand collection (on-site meetings) to quality control during the construction period.

To utilize soil and sand for soil-cement methods in erosion control, we are conducting formulation tests and adaptability evaluation tests to derive the appropriate mixing ratios that yield suitable strength. Before the formulation tests, we consider the mixing ratios, but if a proper formulation cannot be obtained as shown in Figure 2, it will result in retesting, leading to significant losses in construction time and costs. In our formulation tests, to avoid such losses, we do not simply conduct tests based on instructions; instead, we develop optimal formulation test plans using accumulated big data and analytical techniques.
