Our quality management cloud system has been adopted for the recycling and reuse (self-use) project of construction sludge in the Shin-Meishin Expressway construction.

To utilize soil and sand for soil-cement methods in erosion control, we are conducting formulation tests and adaptability evaluation tests to derive the appropriate mixing ratios that yield suitable strength. Before the formulation tests, we consider the mixing ratios, but if a proper formulation cannot be obtained as shown in Figure 2, it will result in retesting, leading to significant losses in construction time and costs. In our formulation tests, to avoid such losses, we do not simply conduct tests based on instructions; instead, we develop optimal formulation test plans using accumulated big data and analytical techniques.
