All of Innovation Co., Ltd. is a company that addresses social issues through childcare support. By promoting collaboration among the community, businesses, and families with children, we aim to establish a system for nurturing the next generation, dividing roles to alleviate the burdens on both mental and physical health that come with double care for childcare and eldercare, as well as balancing work and family. We also conduct training courses for peer support in employment-related facilities. With an eye on the SDGs, we create new norms and build the future together with the next generation.
