Our company, Thermolysis, was established in 2016. Since its founding, we have continued to engage in research and development of microwave-based CFRP recycling technology and equipment reform, holding multiple patents. The microwave-based CFRP recycling technology efficiently decomposes resins contained in CFRP using a groundbreaking new method, allowing for the recovery of high-quality carbon fibers. The greatest advantage of this technology is that it minimizes the loss of carbon fibers when the resin is heated and decomposed by microwaves. Recycled carbon fibers can provide high-quality solutions when reused in new products. Furthermore, by using microwaves, heating time is reduced, and energy efficiency is improved. Compared to traditional high-temperature pyrolysis methods, this technology reduces environmental impact, decreases CO2 emissions, and promotes a circular economy.
