Founded in 1920 as a textile machinery manufacturing company, Enshu has walked the path with the fundamental stance that "products must be beneficial to society and enrich people's lives." On the other hand, while we are a machine tool manufacturer, we also have the aspect of being a transportation equipment parts processing manufacturer that utilizes our own machine tools as production equipment lines. Business Activities
■Machine Tools and Laser Division The main products of the machine tools are broadly categorized into system machines and general-purpose machines. System machines, such as FTL and FMS, have advanced in computer control on production lines and have now become essential in production sites. On the other hand, in general-purpose vertical and horizontal machining centers, we are continuously launching products that incorporate the latest mechatronics technology based on the expertise we have accumulated over many years. Additionally, products centered around optical technologies such as lasers are also progressing smoothly. Through collaboration and cooperation with Hamamatsu Photonics Co., Ltd., we developed and launched the "High-Power Semiconductor Laser Welding System" in the market, and various application technologies such as resin welding, hardening, and fiber lasers are also attracting significant attention in the market. ■Transportation Equipment Division We manufacture transportation equipment parts centered around Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. We process and assemble various parts such as engines and transmissions for motorcycles and automobiles. By making the most of our own machine tools and fully utilizing the know-how and processing technology cultivated through years of machinery manufacturing, we are achieving a competitive advantage. We are constantly striving for lower costs and further quality improvements, aiming for enhanced profitability.
