Our company is dedicated to delivering the knives entrusted to us in the highest class condition. We engage in the polishing of knives and tools by utilizing various know-how and techniques in each process, along with daily training. In terms of technology, we have two certified "First-Class Cutting Tool Grinding Technicians" recognized by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. We are also members of the National Association of Machine Tool Grinding Industry (Hagane) and the Aichi Prefecture Knife Grinding Association, striving to share information and improve technology at a national level while also building an information network. We hope to expand our order and supply capabilities and provide regional information to delight our customers.
