"Bridge Plus Alpha" is a road widening construction method that accommodates the era of 25-ton large vehicles, achieving both widening and weight reduction simultaneously. Compared to conventional concrete widening, it realizes a weight reduction of about 400 kg/m (one example). The width increases by 100 cm (one example). Moreover, reinforcement of girders and piers is unnecessary. Additionally, the construction period can be completed within 7 days for 100 meters, making it a groundbreaking method with numerous advantages.
