After the business of the semiconductor testing equipment manufacturer "Sanwa Electronic Manufacturing" ended, our software team came together to establish the company in 1998. Since then, we have primarily focused on the development of our own memory testers and semiconductor-related software. Currently, we specialize in microcontrollers, conducting electrical measurements and analysis, controlling measuring instruments, and developing our own products. We offer proposals from the planning stage to meet our customers' needs and budgets.
