We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the AI electronic form "Mirai no Genba" at Iwasaki Corporation. The company was printing and issuing over 100 paper forms (such as inspection certificates) daily to accommodate small-lot, varied production orders. To eliminate a large volume of paper forms, they adopted our product. After the implementation, the number of printed paper forms, which was around 50 to 100 per day, has nearly disappeared, and they have realized a reduction of about one hour in the daily work time for the staff preparing manufacturing instructions. [Case Overview] ■ Challenges - Nearly 100 paper prints and the handover of those forms occurred daily. - Considering the production method, it was not easy to convert to electronic forms. ■ Effects - The number of printed paper forms, which was around 50 to 100 per day, has nearly disappeared. - Daily work time has been reduced by about one hour. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of our AI electronic form "Mirai no Genba" at Klein Co., Ltd., a metal processing manufacturer. The company still operates some forms on paper, and due to the long retention period of up to 10 years, the number of forms has been increasing year by year, making the securing of storage space a challenge. They started by gradually introducing the system from one form while checking the usability on-site. There has been a change from "writing on paper" to "writing on an iPad," but since the appearance of the forms remains the same and only the medium for input has changed, the implementation has been smooth. 【Case Overview】 ■ Challenges - There are paper forms dating back 10 years, which are taking up storage space. - Some paper forms have been digitized, but data analysis has not been conducted. ■ Effects - By storing forms electronically, concerns about storage space for forms have been eliminated. - On-site data has been digitized, allowing for analysis and visualization. *For more detailed information about the case, please refer to the related links.
