"MOLTES" is a new mold treatment system that effectively reduces the burden on workers while demonstrating reliable results by processing three different types of liquid agents. Unlike mold treatments using alcohol or chlorine-based mold removers, it removes and bleaches mold not only from the surface but also from the root, protecting the treated area with a high anti-mold effect. It uses components that are easy to utilize even in food factories. "Moltes" is a product composed of three liquid agents: "Chaser (mold killer)," "Gladiator (mold killer/bleaching)," and "Conciliator (mold prevention)." After treating with "Chaser (blue liquid)" at around pH 3, treating with "Gladiator (yellow liquid)" at pH 12 causes a rapid neutralization reaction that breaks down both the mold itself and the pigments. Mixing citric acid and sodium hypochlorite at around pH 3 produces almost no chlorine gas, making it safe to use. Unlike general cleaning agents that use sodium hypochlorite, there is no need to rinse after treatment. The construction procedure is as follows: 1st Liquid (Chaser): An acidic citric acid-based solution that penetrates deep into the mold due to the effect of surfactants, inactivating the mold spores. 2nd Liquid (Gladiator): An alkaline liquid agent based on high-concentration hypochlorous acid water that reacts with the 1st liquid to neutralize and effectively remove mold and discoloration. 3rd Liquid (Conciliator): A neutral liquid agent that combines polyaminopropyl biguanide (PHMB) with metal ions that have photocatalytic effects, providing an antibacterial coating to prevent mold recurrence. This system has a proven track record in food factories, hotels, supermarkets, and warehouses, and since it becomes almost neutral after application, no washing or wiping is necessary, reducing the burden on workers.
