Our company was established in July 2021 as a special subsidiary of Will of Work. Just like people without disabilities, we want to provide opportunities for change and growth in various aspects of life such as work, learning, and play, believing in the potential of individuals. Therefore, we launched a BPO service specifically focused on people with disabilities, and currently, nearly 200 employees with disabilities are active in our company. We have received various requests from external companies and are contributing to cost reduction and improved operational efficiency.
