This time, we requested a countertop surface with a scratch-resistant polyester mirror finish. One of the characteristics of polyester resin is that the coating can be made thick, around 0.3 to 0.5 mm. The coating is harder and less prone to scratches compared to urethane resin, making it suitable for everyday furniture. Additionally, there is minimal shrinkage of the coating due to aging, and the refined, sharp luster lasts a long time, which is the appeal of the polyester mirror finish. Even in the unlikely event that scratches occur, repairs can be made, providing peace of mind.

Our water booth has a width of 8000mm, allowing us to paint four tops of size 2100×1600 at once. The water booth effectively collects paint mist with water, preventing paint bounce-back and avoiding paint adhesion to other products. Additionally, with the installation of air intake filters and devices, it is designed to bring clean outside air indoors, minimizing dust adhesion to the products. There is ample space, making handling easy.
