The Land Division Maru is a precast concrete product that can be used as a block wall foundation, fence foundation, boundary concrete, or a small retaining wall for minor elevation differences (height 250 to 1000 mm). During land development, it is laid as boundary concrete, and when the land buyer builds a house, it can be easily converted into a block wall foundation compliant with building codes by simply joining rust-resistant rebar (optional). It is named "Shusse Kiso" (Rising Foundation) because its applications change like a fish that grows in status. [Regulatory Compliance] According to regulations for block walls, rebar extending from the foundation must run continuously to the top, and joints within hollow blocks are prohibited. The Land Division Maru addresses this issue by incorporating joints within the foundation and using a structure where rebar with male threads is screwed into the female threads at the top of the anchored rebar. This structure is registered under Patent No. 6862022. [Easy Installation] As a factory-made product, it requires just three simple steps: digging, setting, and backfilling. The minimum size (length 400 mm, approximately 50 kg) can be installed manually. Concretus Co., Ltd. does not undertake construction work.

Yardon is a product that easily becomes a stockyard retaining wall or fence simply by placing it in the yard. When it comes to the 3m class, on-site construction can become quite expensive, and it cannot be moved afterward. Since it is a precast product, it can be relocated, allowing for convenient use over many years. Corner products are also available, and short-length processing is possible, so you can use them properly adjusted to the site.
