Our company plays an important role in creating a work environment for people with disabilities, supporting businesses and facilities for individuals with disabilities. We aim to increase the wages of individuals with disabilities working in employment support facilities from 30,000 yen to 50,000 yen, with a monthly support of 15,000 yen. We strive to raise the number of employed individuals with disabilities from 500,000 to 1 million, and then to 2 million. We will continue to be a company that thinks together with all those who are working to solve the challenges in the field of employment and work for people with disabilities, towards the realization of a society where both people with and without disabilities can "work together and live together."
