We are developing a cloud-based survey system and a takeout-focused store app.

Our company is based on the management philosophy of Omi merchants, which embodies the spirit of "sanpo yoshi" (good for all three parties: the seller, the buyer, and society). We always consider the customer's perspective and strive to provide excellent service. Recently, due to the rapid growth of the service industry and the diversification of customer needs, communication with customers has become increasingly important. In light of this, we launched the "moment" project in 2019, aimed at visualizing customer satisfaction.
