"Pure Mini" can quickly remove floating oil with high-purity oil. Even if a small amount of oil accumulates in the separation tank, it does not immediately flow to the oil tank due to its structure. Thin oil, debris, and scum containing water are concentrated here and combine with the thick layer of oil. As the oil volume increases, the oil flows through the passage and enters the oil tank, accumulating. As oil accumulates, the oil level gradually rises, and when it reaches the upper limit, a photoelectric sensor activates, causing a piston connected to the air cylinder to move and cut off the flow from below. While blocking the oil from below, this state is maintained for a while to allow for water drainage. The drained oil becomes a concentrated oil of about 95-98%, and the piston at the tip of the air cylinder moves to guide the oil from the separation tank.
