"Maneginia" is an experiential workshop training that allows employees to think about their work as their own responsibility, make choices in their actions, and produce results by understanding and learning how to use money and time. When learning about money from an accounting perspective, there can be a rejection response due to unfamiliarity. However, since we use money in our daily lives, by experiencing and learning in the same way as our everyday activities, we can learn only what is necessary without any sense of discomfort.
