We support health promotion through exercise.

Our company is a university-based venture that promotes health improvement activities that started in 1990. Health exercise instructors who have specialized in exercise physiology at universities and graduate schools provide long-term exercise support and guidance based on the "Nikoniko Pace Exercise," proposed by Professor Emeritus Shindo of Fukuoka University’s Faculty of Sports Science, which is recognized worldwide and academically validated. We respond to various needs, including designated management, contracted services, health classes, and the implementation of preventive care projects.
