We are developing a method that excels in energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability, and can produce many shapes in a short time that were previously unimaginable with traditional glass processing. In order to carry out this groundbreaking joint development and meet the stringent regulatory conditions in the field of microengineering, we have provided the fully automatic injection molding machine e-motion 50 TL and the cleanroom-designed integrated linear robot viper. One reason for our commitment to using not only plastics but also glass as a material is that the light sources produced in the optical field have become very small. This means that energy density is increasingly high, necessitating the use of glass with high chemical and thermal stability to manufacture fine lens structures.
