Wakabayashi Acoustic Design is a specialist in architectural acoustics, founded in 1981. We design and build acoustic test rooms such as anechoic and reverberation chambers, recording and post-production studios and live music venues, and noise and vibration control for factories and facilities. We also support the planning of acoustic test chambers with measurement equipment. Our work has covered a wide range of spaces, including research laboratories of automotive and electronics manufacturers, universities, public research institutions, and broadcasters. We handle everything from design to construction, and, on request, the same team also carries out measurements at completion and prepares reports. Our modular soundproof rooms and anechoic chambers, "WSR," are developed in-house, building on the expertise we have gained designing studios and acoustic test chambers. Size, finish, and sound insulation grade can be customized, and the rooms can be relocated.
