Our company was established in April 2000 with the aim of providing consulting services specialized in corporate governance. The core service we offer, the internal reporting business "DQ Helpline," was launched in October 2003, triggered by the enactment of the Whistleblower Protection Act (promulgated in 2004 and enforced in 2006). Currently, we have earned the trust of many client companies, serving as experts in third-party internal reporting channels in Japan, with over 2,000 client companies using our services as of January 2022.
