The SoniXs MS-6 H, capable of packaging up to 280 packages per hour (under the condition of applying a total of two bands at the upper and lower positions of the package), is ideal for lines that require high-volume packaging. The band guide frame moves vertically, allowing for safe banding of products that are at least 100mm high from the floor/conveyor system, as well as large and bulky products. Additionally, the band guide frame also strokes horizontally, eliminating the need for careful alignment of the product to the reference edge for precise banding with maximum sealing tension. The optional automatic band coil dispenser reduces downtime when replacing band coils, allowing the machine to operate throughout the entire production shift without interruption. The SoniXs sealing unit, which uses ultrasonic technology, further enhances the efficiency and sustainability of the banding process.

The SoniXs MS-6 features a sealing unit mounted on the side. This prevents foreign objects such as dust and dirt from falling into the sealing unit, thereby avoiding downtime caused by foreign matter. The horizontal layout allows for a lower transport height and flexible placement of the coil dispenser. This side-seal strapping machine can optionally utilize an automatic double coil dispenser that can operate almost non-stop. With a wide range of frame sizes and strap widths, the machine can accommodate PP straps ranging from 5 to 15 mm in width or PET straps ranging from 9 to 15 mm in width.

For example, the strapping coils can be replaced from the front or the side, allowing the machine to be used in limited spaces. To meet the needs of various industries, the SoniXs MP-6 is available in three basic versions: a table model for manual placement of packages by the operator, a model with a driven conveyor belt for full automation, and a roller model for fully automated transport of heavy items.
