Our company started its business with the desire to "provide recreational activities that residents need in elderly care facilities, or activities that facility staff want to do but have been unable to, in order to create many smiles in elderly care facilities (the caregiving field)." Additionally, since the facility provides services to people 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, it can be a physically and mentally demanding work environment for staff. However, even in such circumstances, we aim to create new recreational activities that can bring smiles not only to the residents but also to the facility staff, striving to become a good partner for elderly care facilities.
