Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case study of a POS (Point of Sale) system for beauty salons that was handled by Iosis Co., Ltd. Two years have passed since the system launch, but there are still numerous unresolved issues, and the vendor's response has been poor, leading the user side to decide to change vendors. After receiving inquiries from other vendors who could not provide support linguistically, Iosis conducted an investigation and determined that we could provide support. Due to requests from the vendor, the handover was gradually redone over the course of a year. During this process, the areas of responsibility were gradually transferred to Iosis, and the transfer was completed.
