• ERP (core system)

We would like to introduce a case study of a POS (Point of Sale) system for beauty salons that was handled by Iosis Co., Ltd. Two years have passed since the system launch, but there are still numerous unresolved issues, and the vendor's response has been poor, leading the user side to decide to change vendors. After receiving inquiries from other vendors who could not provide support linguistically, Iosis conducted an investigation and determined that we could provide support. Due to requests from the vendor, the handover was gradually redone over the course of a year. During this process, the areas of responsibility were gradually transferred to Iosis, and the transfer was completed. • Headquarters/Store System

We would like to introduce a case study of a project commissioned to improve the management system of a rental office handled by Iosis Co., Ltd. After the launch, the client faced numerous bugs and renovation issues, which posed challenges to the system despite the business performing well. However, by taking charge of maintenance operations and additional development, our company was able to grow sales from 80 million yen to 450 million yen per month over three years. Additionally, we doubled the efficiency of sales and inquiry numbers, achieving zero system troubles in the past year. • Sales Management System

We would like to introduce a case study of a project commissioned by a construction company that was handled by IoSys Co., Ltd. At the request of the client, we developed the system from scratch. The project encompassed a wide range of functionalities, including customer management, contract management, construction management, and sales management. However, due to the clarity of the requirements, we only needed to address the project from the basic design phase onward. Additionally, since the user side took care of all the infrastructure setup, we were able to complete the system construction within a significantly low budget relative to its scale. In addition to this, our company has also handled cases such as "function development for core systems due to vendor changes" and "numerous bugs and renovation projects for remote office management systems," making us a choice for companies facing various system-related challenges.
