We are in an era where it has become commonplace for people to "obtain information through videos" due to the rise of YouTube. Many business owners may be wondering, "Should we do something using videos?" Our company creates video manuals from business manuals that are currently based on paper or verbal/sensory information. This not only reduces the time costs of training but also brings about secondary effects such as reviewing and gaining insights into business processes. For example, while filming for a client who requested a video business manual, there was a task where we thought, "By the way, everyone does this task based on their intuition, so it's difficult to explain it specifically..." When tasks become too reliant on individual intuition, various problems can arise. During training for new employees, part-time workers, and foreign employees (with subtitles in the appropriate languages), being able to understand tasks visually rather than relying on "intuition" or "text" can lead to significant reductions in time costs.
