The "Sludge Drying and Carbonization System" enables the production of carbonized products and, depending on the situation, the drying of fertilizers and the reduction of incineration during non-peak periods through its combination with a dryer, making it a practical facility. By utilizing the waste heat from the carbonization furnace as a drying heat source, energy conservation is achieved. The troublesome sludge, which accounts for a large portion of waste, can be transformed into valuable recycled resources through proper treatment. Our sludge recycling system enables efficient regeneration processing by minimizing the energy required for recycling (operating costs).
