Daikin Industries had already implemented Salesforce, but they excessively customized the existing environment by relying on the vendor, leading to issues such as decreased speed, increased operational costs, and difficulties in self-management, prompting them to plan a replacement. Actby participated from the requirements definition stage, handling everything from organizing, designing, verifying, and releasing the functions to be migrated from the current environment in a seamless manner. They were also involved in the operational phase of the new integrated environment, addressing new requests and challenges, and providing support for daily operational tasks.

The creative team at Smiles Inc. undertakes a wide range of creative projects for major manufacturers and government agencies, and Actvi assists in the system development for such projects. By integrating with the core system for screening, we were able to achieve a consistent management system, eliminating the flow of paper applications. Additionally, we have established an operational framework to continuously improve the quality of the system and add new features.
