Our company started in a small area called Higashikawaguchi in Saitama Prefecture, focusing on real estate leasing and management. Now, we also handle the purchase and resale of large properties worth over 1 billion yen, have relocated our headquarters to the Marunouchi office, and have been listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard. The scale of our workforce and the scope of our business have changed, but the underlying principle that continues to drive us is the vision of "creating a vibrant city without vacant properties." To achieve this, our company aspires to "be able to do anything related to real estate from A to Z!" and will continue to create new business opportunities in the future.

We acquire income-generating properties worth around 500 million to 2 billion yen, conduct leasing and renovations while holding the properties, and then sell them to investors after enhancing their value as income-generating assets. Since we originally started as a rental and management company, our speed in leasing is a significant strength. The shorter holding period for properties allows us to increase the number of acquisitions more easily, and by accelerating turnover, we have expanded our sales and profits. As we scale up, the types and price ranges of properties we can handle are also expanding. We have become a company capable of acquiring properties on a scale that was unimaginable just a few years ago (such as apartment buildings, office buildings, and commercial buildings worth several billion yen), greatly broadening the stage for our employees to thrive. Additionally, we are actively engaging in new businesses, including real estate development, real estate securitization, and the KWAZ business, which has many real estate agents as the third-largest franchise of Keller Williams (KW), the world's largest real estate brokerage company. The breadth of our business continues to expand.
