We offer "Unevenness Measurement Surveys" using a water pressure method. A tube drawing water from a tank to a water level sensor is connected to a digital scaling meter, and a self-propelled TV camera is mounted. By drawing water from the tank to the water level sensor, the sensor experiences water pressure corresponding to changes in height, and the changes in water pressure can be read using the digital scaling meter. • Structural Survey

We offer "Unevenness and Curvature Measurement" using a laser method. Laser light is projected into the sewer pipe from the downstream manhole, while a TV camera is operated from the upstream manhole to capture images. • Structural Survey

We offer "cross-sectional shape measurement." Using lasers, we measure the cross-sectional shape inside the pipe (pipe deflection and flattening). By combining this with PC analysis, we can achieve detailed analysis. Additionally, we can capture images inside the pipe and measure the deformation of the pipe (the amount of flattening compared to a perfect circle) using the flattening ratio. Quantifying the deformation of the pipeline will greatly contribute to future measures. 【Flattening Ratio Measurement (Measurement Method)】 ■ Indicate two points on the left and right on the monitor, and drag the displayed ellipse (flattening ratio 50%) to match the deformation shape. ■ Compare the ellipse with the same circumference as a perfect circle to calculate the flattening ratio. ■ The flattening ratio is the ratio of the short diameter of the ellipse to the diameter of the perfect circle. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

By setting a transmitter (low-frequency probe) on a self-propelled TV camera and running it inside the pipeline, we conduct position measurements using a dedicated receiver from the ground.
