In the steel manufacturing line, the transportation of high-temperature slabs is highly dangerous, and absolute safety measures are necessary. We have newly equipped our slab lifter, which boasts many achievements, with an "open tong key" that allows for visual confirmation from the outside without any malfunction. Introducing the rare metal vanadium, which has a high affinity for hydrogen. To realize a hydrogen society, high-purity hydrogen is necessary. By utilizing vanadium, a purity level of 6N class can be achieved. We offer it as a material in the form of sheets, plates, foils, wires, targets, etc.

Niobium alloys used in the superconducting industry are mainly Nb-Zr and Nb-Ti based, and are used in the manufacturing of superconducting magnets, superconducting power and communication cables, and superconducting electronic components. This is a fine, low-temperature superconducting Nb-Ti alloy capillary tube with uniform particle size and composition.

Niobium materials possess many excellent properties such as high melting point, corrosion resistance, ductility, and superconductivity, making them essential in various fields including aerospace, chemical industry, superconducting technology, electronics and optics, jewelry, and steelmaking. In particular, niobium-based alloys and high-purity niobium are expected to see increased demand as important materials supporting advanced technologies in the future.

This is an ingot tong that is active in steelmaking sites. We design and manufacture them individually according to the characteristics of the site. For tongs that are old and have no remaining drawings, we investigate the actual equipment on-site and design and manufacture new ones. In the ultra-high temperature range, C-103 is used in niobium alloys. Nb-521 is an excellent rare metal product that improves upon its performance.

Titanium has excellent material properties and is adopted in various industries. Although it is a high-difficulty processed product and has cost disadvantages, we have overcome this by mass-producing it using our uniquely developed injection molding technology. Its adoption is expanding in fields such as medical, IT, robotics, and accessories.

Metallic silicon is widely used in semiconductors, electronic components, solar cells, and as an additive in aluminum alloys. All metallic silicon consumed domestically is imported. This is a "rotating arm attachment" that rotates from the base of the heavy machinery's arm and aligns the tilt function with the nipper function. The arm will be custom-made to your specified length. It can be retrofitted to existing heavy machinery and is compatible with major heavy machinery manufacturers worldwide. We are fully prepared for installation, operation guidance, and after-sales service. The developer is KYUNGWONTECH from South Korea, which has a strong track record with Japanese-made heavy machinery and sells 300 units annually in Korea. We are aiming for the Japanese market and have obtained a Japanese patent. If requested, we will come to explain anywhere in the country.

**Manufacturing Method of Tantalum Tubes** Tantalum tubes come in welded and seamless types. - Welded tubes are produced by shaping a strip into a tube form and welding the seam using GTAW. - Seamless tubes are made through extrusion, shrinkage, or deep drawing from a plate. **Industries Suitable for Tantalum Tube Adoption** - Tantalum is used in corrosive environments and superconducting fields. It is processed into corrosion-resistant nozzles and electrode tubes. Tantalum is also widely used in the chemical industry for manufacturing parts such as reaction vessels, pipes, condensers, heat exchangers, spiral coils, U-tubes, thermocouple protection tubes, and liquid metal containers and pipes.

In civil engineering and demolition work, you can operate the tongs with the sensation of arm movement. It achieves seamless movement in all directions: forward, backward, left, right, up, and down. When used with a grab, it easily handles heavy objects. It realizes the best combination of high durability and work performance, making it even easier to use than a tilt rotator. Unlike a rotating link, the tongs rotate together, maximizing their efficiency. Additionally, it adopts a pilot proportional control hydraulic system, enhancing user convenience with joystick operation that does not require a controller. Overall, it employs a deliberately high-standard specification with an over-spec design aimed at maximizing durability.

All of the pure zirconium UNS R60001 and zirconium alloy foil and strip products we offer comply with ASTM B351, ASTM B352 (for nuclear applications), and ASTM B551 (for non-nuclear applications). We have Zr702 (R60702), Zr705 (R60705), Zr-2 (UNS R60802), Zr-4 (UNS R60804), Zr-2.5Nb (UNS R60901, UNS R60904), Zr-1Nb foil & strip, and other alloy foils available.
