Without using expensive parallel computers or EWS, large-scale analysis on the order of one billion elements can be executed quickly using cluster PCs.

"ComWAVE (TM)" can accurately simulate various issues, such as ultrasonic inspections in structures and medical applications, using an enormous mesh of one billion elements. The analysis solver employs a voxel-based finite element method, enabling high-speed execution of large-scale finite element ultrasonic propagation analysis on a cluster PC. Additionally, it features model data import capabilities from CAD formats such as IGES and DXF, allowing for a revolutionary ultrasonic analysis software that unifies modeling, analysis execution, and visualization through a GUI on Windows.

To all those interested in ultrasonic solutions, The "Ultrasonic Solutions Seminar FY2024" will be held on September 5, 2024. In recent years, we will introduce case studies of the ultrasonic analysis software "ComWAVE" from various fields such as GX, AI, mobility, semiconductors, and healthcare, where its usage has been increasing. This seminar will feature a keynote speech by Hiroaki Kikura from the Zero Carbon Energy Research Institute at Tokyo Institute of Technology, along with three case studies presented by users from AI, mobility, and semiconductors. CTC will also introduce new features of "ComWAVE X," present case studies from the medical field, and discuss future outlooks and the latest functions, including examples of medical ultrasonic analysis. Additionally, there will be a networking session with the speakers after the seminar. We hope this seminar will be helpful for customers considering the introduction and utilization of ultrasonic analysis software, as well as for ComWAVE users.
