Free membership registrationOur company is a manufacturer that has been developing, manufacturing, and selling HACCP-compliant reheating carts that operate with the new cook-chill system (new cooking system) for hospitals, welfare facilities, corporate cafeterias, and schools since 1998, based on the strengths and know-how of in-flight meal carts developed in collaboration with Japan Airlines Co., Ltd. from 1986 to 1990. By transitioning from the traditional cook-serve method, we contribute to efficiency improvements and service enhancements through "higher hygiene management," "standardization of cooking processes," "reduction of the number of people before serving," and "timely and appropriate temperatures." Currently, in preparation for a declining birthrate and aging population, as well as a decrease in the labor force, our system is gaining attention as it can further enhance efficiency and service by combining with pre-cooked chilled foods, while also reducing the risk of infection from pathogens, including the coronavirus. 【Features】 ■ "Eco-friendly," "Energy-saving," "Space-saving" ■ "Lightweight and compact," "Ease of operation" ■ "Deliciousness" ■ "Safety" *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

Meals prepared in the kitchen are plated at the appropriate temperature into hotel pans and tableware, then stored in the cart. The preheated or pre-cooled cart transports the meals to distant locations at the appropriate temperature. If the power is connected until the time of service, it can function as a warming or cooling cabinet. This system enables space-saving and energy-efficient meal service, contributing to "higher hygiene management," "improved work efficiency through space-saving," and "timely temperature management," thereby enhancing efficiency and service quality. 【Features】 ■ "Eco-friendly," "Energy-saving," "Space-saving" ■ "Lightweight and compact," "Ease of operation" ■ "Deliciousness" ■ "Safety" *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
