Business Activities

We provide a consistent manufacturing process from design contracting to prototyping, mass production, surface treatment, and assembly work at our Ibaraki factory and partner factories. We have strengths in resin housing design and waterproof design, and we also handle 3D data creation and 2D drawing considering mold production, as well as product design. We accommodate everything from precision machining to machining with machining centers with table sizes up to 1300×2100, including post-processing of three-dimensional shapes and molded products. For mass production molding, we offer a lineup of injection molding machines primarily from Sumitomo (ranging from 30 to 660 tons). In addition to general molding, we also handle insert molding and outsert molding to meet diverse needs. Furthermore, we possess painting equipment and can accommodate textured painting, conductive painting, and aluminum vapor deposition. We have numerous achievements in heat press processing with mold designs using materials like acrylic that minimize thickness variation and reduce internal stress as much as possible, and we also support silk printing and silver mirror coating. In addition to sub-assembly, we undertake epoxy and silicone casting work and ultrasonic welding, and we conduct quality checks through leak testing. In addition to state-of-the-art inspection equipment, we own 1863 pin gauges with diameters of 13φ or less, measured in 0.01 mm increments. We achieve high quality in a temperature-controlled environment 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
