The only digital crisis and silent complaint response company.
Since the establishment of the company in 2008, we have developed a digital (internet) crisis management business in response to over 8,000 transaction records and more than 200,000 crisis sites related to online controversies. In January 2020, we launched Japan's first research institution focused on significant digital crises and troubles, the "Siempre Digital Crisis Comprehensive Research Institute," which has also begun investigating and analyzing the latest cases of online controversies both domestically and internationally. We have numerous achievements in undertaking cyber patrol operations commissioned by the National Police Agency and provide a wide range of services across various industries and sectors, from publicly listed companies and government agencies to small and medium-sized enterprises.
