Pixie Dust Technologies (PxDT) is a university-origin venture aiming to be a driving force that views the world from the perspective of digital technology and leads it to a new equilibrium. We contribute to this realization by researching and developing technologies that control waves (sound, light, electromagnetic waves) connecting the digital and physical worlds, and continuously implementing them in society. For example, in the Workspace/DX area, we have developed sound-absorbing metamaterial technology "iwasemi(TM)", "KOTOWARI(TM)" which realizes on-site DX through spatial data processing, and a high-precision indoor positioning sensor "hackke(TM)". In the Health Care & Diversity area, we are developing and deploying ultrasonic hair care "SonoRepro(TM)", "SOUND HUG(TM)" which allows people to enjoy music through their bodies regardless of hearing ability, as well as new UI devices for the hearing impaired and technologies related to dementia.
