Business Activities
1. Surface treatment processing for various production equipment (machines, devices) We achieve high quality and long lifespan of production equipment by applying different metals to the targeted areas through thermal spraying and welding techniques. *Stellite, cermet, ceramic, niobium carbide, etc. 2. Various welding/repair/canning/assembly products/machining We provide a wide range of services from special overlay welding to general welding and assembly. We can handle everything from materials to surface treatment and finishing in a consistent manner. 3. Surface modification processing for various boiler panels, tube water wall, etc. (power plants, waste incinerators, etc.) We perform overlay welding and thermal spraying for high-temperature corrosion and wear resistance on the inner walls of OG hoods, boiler hoods, large waste incinerators, and large boilers. By overlay welding Inconel on the wall/shell surface, we aim to extend the lifespan against high-temperature corrosion and reduce wear and corrosion.
