Our company can handle various metal press products such as leaf springs, coil springs, disc springs, wave springs, flat springs, and precision presses. We also offer insert molded products, clinched press products, and heat-adhesive press products. 【Case Study Introduction】 In 2021, due to the lockdown caused by COVID-19, our customer faced difficulties as production at their overseas factory was halted. As a result, we received an urgent request from the customer for the production of automotive spring products, given our extensive experience in processing various automotive spring products. We produced approximately 300,000 units in response to the urgent request, while also managing other mass-produced items, and we successfully delivered the requested production quantity. By supplying approximately 300,000 parts this time, we were able to contribute to the Japanese automotive industry by providing alternative parts supply to Japanese automobile manufacturers without stopping their production lines.
