We want people to touch wood, to love wood, and to use wood. With this sentiment, Tsuru-ta has been creating wooden products for over 110 years. Utilizing the knowledge and skills cultivated over a long history, we incorporate the latest European technology and machinery to create wooden sashes that blend Japanese and Western styles, unique to Tsuru-ta. We want more people to know the goodness of wood. We want them to feel the richer life that wood brings. We want to contribute to society by encouraging more use of wood. With this aspiration in mind, Tsuru-ta offers wooden sashes called "Tsuruma-do."
