I would like to create a unique Japanese spa culture that values Japan's good old things, traditions, and culture.
The examination of Japan's traditional culture involves delving into the continuous heritage and core aspects of spatial composition, spiritual culture, and commercial culture, exploring what flows through the DNA of the Japanese people, and integrating it with the culture of bathing and spa to create an original space, a "one-of-a-kind space," incorporating both the physical and soft elements to establish "branding of the facility." - Creating facilities that contribute to society - A facility structure that ensures solid business safety without overreach - A business structure with a rich taste that has future growth potential - Differentiation and uniqueness compared to competing facilities - An easily operable facility structure - Effective utilization of regional resources, assets, and human resources By clarifying the facility concept and structuring the hard elements (architectural facilities) from the perspective of the soft elements (operational management), we aim to create high added value in the products offered through their synergistic effects, thereby developing the business by providing useful services to society. The value of products is formed by the combination of various functions such as material functions, human functions, and information service functions, so we aim to create facilities that maintain the quality level of these elements at a certain standard, enabling management that consistently provides customer satisfaction.
