Our selection collator, the 'DM Collator', is designed to be compact and can be installed in a space of about one tatami mat. It does not require specialized knowledge or skilled techniques for setup and operation, making it easy for anyone to use. It can handle a wide variety of flyers, including single sheets, bi-folds, and booklets, with the capability to collate up to 23 different types at once, and has a processing capacity of up to 180 sets at the fastest speed, allowing for operation by a small team of 1 to 2 people. Additionally, it comes standard with detection features that we have developed over many years in the printing industry to prevent mis-collation. Our unique print head control technology and stable paper feeding technology enable high-quality printing. It is also suitable for printing customer barcodes and various types of barcodes. Equipped with a double-feed detection function, if multiple sheets are fed at once, printing will stop to prevent the mixing of blank sheets.
