At Takayama City Hall, due to various circumstances such as network configuration and close collaboration among multiple departments, there are many labor-intensive tasks, and we wanted to improve efficiency by utilizing RPA and other tools. Additionally, RPA that can only be handled by specific individuals is not suitable for city operations, making it important for the operation method to be "easy to explain to people." Therefore, we introduced our RPA tool "EzAvater." After the introduction, the burden and human errors were reduced, and automation allowed us to spend more time on other creative tasks. [Case Study] ■ Challenges - Due to various circumstances such as network configuration and close collaboration among multiple departments, there are many labor-intensive tasks. ■ Effects - Reduced burden and human errors. - More time can be spent on creative tasks. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationAt Design Phil, the initially implemented RPA did not go well, and there were many opposing opinions when RPA was introduced, stemming from a fear that it would take away their jobs. To transform the resistance to RPA into anticipation, we felt it was important to "start small," "let the field see it in action," and "create symbolic achievements." Therefore, we introduced our RPA tool 'EzAvater,' which can realize these three points. The previously implemented RPA had manuals and was perceived as something resistant from the field's perspective, but we have received feedback that "it's good that it can be operated intuitively without a manual." [Case Study] ■ Challenges - Tasks that have become personalized based on experience and intuition - The previously implemented RPA had manuals, which created resistance from the field ■ After Implementation - Can be operated intuitively without a manual *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationAt Chip One Stop, we were handling about 300 simple tasks a day, which took 1 to 2 hours daily, and there were voices within the company asking if we could automate the ordering process. The introduction of our RPA tool, 'EzAvatar', by the IT department was the catalyst for conducting a trial. We intuitively translated our regular tasks directly into scenarios. During the trial, we felt a positive response to automating the task of price corrections, and we identified over 50 tasks, with more than half appearing to be automatable, leading us to decide on implementation. As a result, we achieved a reduction of 1,000 hours annually with 34 scenarios. [Case Study] ■ Challenges - Handling about 300 simple tasks a day, taking 1 to 2 hours daily. ■ Results - Time savings of 1,000 hours annually with 34 scenarios. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationAt Jays Communication, we wanted to analyze the data entered into the ERP system, but it was difficult, so we considered analyzing the ERP data in Excel. We decided to automate the creation and analysis of that Excel data by introducing our RPA tool "EzAvatar." By automating tasks that need to be done daily and those that must not be forgotten, we not only reduced labor hours but also freed ourselves from pressure. Additionally, we received feedback that it is easy to operate because, by simply setting the email address in the configuration screen, we receive logs with screenshots in case of errors. 【Case Study】 ■Challenges - We wanted to automate the creation and analysis of Excel data. ■Implementation Effects - Freed from pressure in addition to reducing labor hours. - Easy to operate because logs with screenshots are received in case of errors. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
