At Chip One Stop, we were handling about 300 simple tasks a day, which took 1 to 2 hours daily, and there were voices within the company asking if we could automate the ordering process. The introduction of our RPA tool, 'EzAvatar', by the IT department was the catalyst for conducting a trial. We intuitively translated our regular tasks directly into scenarios.
