"Never Wet" is a paste-like adhesive that can be applied directly to wall substrates (concrete, plywood) and scraped with a notched trowel, allowing for the pressing and installation of semi-porcelain tiles. It is soft, does not sag, and has excellent water resistance. It is water-based and safe to use.
