At Sanko Air Conditioning, we utilize 3D laser scanners to accurately measure spatial information and advance our "renewal construction" projects. The data measured by the 3D laser scanner (point cloud data) can be converted into data for the equipment BIM software "Rebro." In air conditioning systems, heating and cooling are achieved by sending warm or cold air into the room. The flow of air in the room is complex and changes constantly due to factors such as the speed and angle of the air being blown out, temperature, indoor temperature and pressure, and obstacles to the various air flows within the room. Our company utilizes computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to visualize air flow and temperature, and we are considering improvements to the positions of air conditioning and ventilation outlets and inlets, wind speed, temperature, etc., to create a better indoor thermal environment. Regardless of whether it is new construction or renovation, we accurately predict indoor environmental conditions at the planning stage and before construction begins, and we conduct performance verification through actual measurements or simulations after construction to provide better air conditioning systems. The "Step Joint" is a flexible joint developed to resolve or reduce drainage troubles (such as clogged drainage pipes) and malfunctions in conventional drainage piping methods for wastewater drainage steel pipes.
